AutoOCR – OCR Processor
AutoOCR è un processore OCR della cartella predefinita e sorveglia e converte automaticamente i nuovi file immagine aggiunti in PDF o PDF/A con funzione di ricerca consentita per tutto il testo. Grazie alla sua concezione modulare e flessibile, AutoOCR non è soltanto in grado di utilizzare un determinato software OCR ma è anche in grado di integrare diversi sistemi OCR e utilizzarli in parallelo. Così facendo, AutoOCR può essere adattato e ampliato in ogni momento restando al passo con i nuovi sviluppi e prodotti nel campo degli OCR adottando, a seconda delle esigenze, la soluzione migliore per l’utente.
AutoOCR as Windows Service
During installation it can be selected if the application will run as a service or standard client. Without Userinterface the OCR will run in background.
Output Formats
Standard is to create searchable PDF and PDF/A Dokuments. With Abbyy Engine it is also possible to create further document formats parallel - DOC, DOCX, RTF, XLS, XLSX, HTM, HTML, XML, PPT.
SOAP Web-Service / REST
Now we do support also the for the future most important interfaces - SOAP and REST. AutoOCR can be connected over HTTP as OCR-Service. A C# WCF - sample application and a PHP REST Library are available for free.
AutoOCR as Alfresco Transformer
The OCR function will be an action directly at the folder. If there will be put a scanned document to the Alfresco Folder the process will start automatically and the document will be handled to the AutoOCR service. The result is an searchable PDF file which can be found immedeately after that with the Alfresco full text index.
iOCR.NET OCR Engine
Standard with AutoOCR is the iOCR.NET Engine – this is a cost efficient and quick OCR engine wihout page limitations to convert TIFF/JPEG dokuments to searchable PDF´s.
Abbyy OCR Engine
All who need highest requirements on recognition, language support, output formats, compact file size and max. features must use Abbyy OCR Engine. With FineReader 10 we do have integrated the worldwide best OCR engine to AutoOCR.
