Office2PDFA Converter + OCR Option
Office2PDFA is a complete PDF/A converter, that not only converts fully automated PDF and image documents, but also all MS Office files, HTML, MSG, ZIP and many other formats to the ISO compliant PDF/A document format for long-term archiving.
The conversion is done with the original application over a printing process based on our eDocPrintPro PDF/A Printer Driver. Office2PDFA is a Windows service that monitors the defined input directories, based on your setting and saves the newly added documents in the output directories as PDF/A. Different documents can be collected in one .ZIP file and passed to the converter. The result will be an complete PDF/A with all the sourcefiles in a bookmarkstructure.
Furthermore, the OCR capabilities of AutoOCR also available at Office2PDFA. This can convert the files with OCR into searchable PDF/A documents. Likewise, the Image2PDFA functions were integrated. Thus, even without OCR, Image documents can be converted directly to PDF/A.
